GO SHOW AND TELL THE GOSPEL BOLDLY

Here at Calvary, our fourth Core Commitment is GO show and tell the Gospel boldly. Our desire is to equip the saints for the work of ministry. Whether it’s using your God-given gifts in the church to edify, or going across the world to minister, we all work to reach people with the good news of the gospel. That is why we are grateful to be part of multiple networks who each desire to share the good news of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth. We encourage you to learn more about our network and the work they are doing for the Kingdom.

October is Missions Month

Our vision is that we would make Jesus non-ignorable in Lodi and to the ends of the earth. Each October is our Missions Emphasis month, however we strive to support these ministries and missionaries throughout the year through prayer. Below you can find who we partner with as a way to make Jesus non-ignorable to the ends of the earth.

We are a non-profit that plants and replants churches that are making Jesus non-ignorable to the ends of the earth.

The Church is God’s plan—you are God’s plan—to reach North America and the nations with the hope of the gospel, and the North American Mission Board is here to help.

We send and support missionaries to share the gospel, make disciples, and plant churches where Jesus is not known.

Lily’s Dream

Samaritan’s Purse has been since 1970 and began Operation Christmas Child in 1993. In the summer of 1996, a member of our church, Lily Omen, learned about this ministry and saw a beautiful opportunity for our church to be a part of God’s work to bring the gospel to all nations. Lily was a dedicated member with a heart for children as she served in our bus ministry and library. Though Lily passed before that fall campaign, our church has joyfully participated in Operation Christmas child for over 25 years and counting. Each November it is our joy to pack and collect shoe boxes, but the ministry of Samaritan’s Purse isn’t confined to November and December.
